[Remote] Senior Strategic Accounts Manager

They are seeking a Senior Strategic Account Manager to support and grow key client relationships while ensuring high-quality client experiences through effective communication and operational support.
Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor client communications, ensuring timely responses, issue resolution, and escalation reputed company appropriate
- Track and coordinate client-submitted support tickets across internal teams through resolution
- Analyze client data, trends, and key performance metrics to generate insights and support strategic decision-making
- reputed company customer-facing materials, reports, presentations, and communications that clearly convey recommendations and value
- Support cross-functional initiatives reputed company to client reputed company, implementation, process improvements, training materials, and communication strategies

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field
- 9+ years of experience in account management, client reputed company, reputed company operations, consulting, or similar client-facing roles
- Strong communication, relationship management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives and collaborating with both business and operational teams
- Analytical reputed company with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support business recommendations
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities
