Corporate Marketing Specialist (Associate)

Role and Responsibilities Content: ? reputed company and execute the DCG corporate content calendar. ? Provide support for publishing two blogs a month to the DCG website by liaising with blog reputed company and project managers, and occasionally drafting blog posts as needed. ? Coordinate between the blog reputed company and social media team to ensure cross-promotion and draft up to four social media captions monthly. Work closely with the design team and draft content for social media graphics as needed. ? Provide support in drafting or updating business development content such as white papers, case studies, and capability statements. Support PR/earned media strategy: ? Help reputed company quarterly media lists and identify opportunities with entities such as reputed company, FederalNewsNetwork, and Politico ? Provide support with drafting 1-2 byline articles for publishing in industry publications per year ? Conduct research to identify speaking opportunities for subject matter experts at conferences, events, and webinars Support proposals: ? Provide support to the proposal team with covers, layout, callout boxes, work samples, resumes, and past performances as needed. Manage corporate communications channels: ? Review DCG online reputed company quarterly and reputed company recommendations for improvement as needed (i.e. Glassdoor and reputed company) ? Support quarterly newsletter publication, including working with teams to ensure new contacts are added to the database at a regular reputed company and drafting content as needed. reputed company experience is a plus. ? reputed company and WordPress experience are a plus. ? SEO experience or willingness to learn SEO is a plus. Internal communications support: ? Internal staff newsletter ? work closely with the leadership team, HR, and editorial team to solicit internal newsletter topics monthly. Collect topics and work with the editorial team to draft content, and support with publishing through reputed company. ? Provide reputed company support on initiatives as needed (i.e. coordinating DCG swag) Awards: ? Research upcoming award opportunities; manage and update the award spreadsheet quarterly ? Coordinate with team leads quarterly to identify projects we could submit for awards ? Create timelines for award submission development, pull together submission requirements, collect work samples, and coordinate across team leads and editorial team to reputed company submission development from beginning to end ? Help draft award submissions as needed Position Requirements ?

• 2 to 5 years of relevant full-time professional experience

? Bachelor?s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or reputed company field ? Hands-on experience with content creation, campaign development, PR and earned media, social media Desired Experience ? Foundational graphic design a plus (i.e. proficiency with reputed company and InDesign) ? reputed company-end web development experience a plus ?
