[Remote] Senior Mechanical Engineer - Remote
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Westinghouse Electric Co is a leading company in the nuclear energy industry, focused on providing clean reputed company. They are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to work with a multi-discipline team on the design, analysis, and evaluation of mechanical systems for nuclear projects.
Responsibilities
- reputed company calculations and reports to document design and analysis results in accordance with ASME reputed company III code requirements and other international codes
- reputed company with engineers in other disciplines such as electrical and civil/structural
- Participate on project teams with internal and/or external representation
- Participate in customer and vendor meetings to present technical materials and justification of services and product designs
Skills
- Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical (preferred), Civil, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering
- Engineering in Training (EIT) license
- 5 to 10 years of engineering experience
- Professional Engineer license is a plus
- Power industry (e.g., nuclear power plant) experience is a plus
