This person will manage operational tasks, assist Senior Recruiters, contribute to recruitment initiatives and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement. The Role reputed company potential candidates through various channels. Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates for open positions. Assist in maintaining and updating the applicant tracking system with accurate candidate information and managing other data dashboards. Support Senior Recruiters with various administrative tasks during the recruitment process. Manage operational activities for different reputed company initiatives and projects. Devise creative and effective ways to attract top talent. Analyze the market to ensure we offer competitive compensation packages. Track and analyze recruitment data and propose solutions based on metrics.
