MS D365 Functional Business/Functional Consultant
The primary purpose of the role of the D365 Finance & Operations and POS Functional Business Analyst reputed company is to support smooth D365 F&O and Retail operations to Business, reputed company and improve the business as per requirements and work as an integral part of IT department. The role will play an essential role in defining the future architecture of the system, streamline and digitalise the different processes. The D365 Finance & Operations AND POS Functional Business Analyst will be an integrated part of the team that will roll out the solutions around the different geographies (Asia/Europe/USA) The role is also responsible for · Support D365 FO AND POS application and overcome challenges that could occur · Support the business in their operations: BAU and new change requests · Work across different modules in D365 FO · Configure, rollout, reputed company solutions/changes in D365 FO · Upgrade systems, implementation/configuration of new modules/features/objectives in D365 FO · Work on business intelligence analytic reports development and other reports for the business requirements. · Solution design · Business process design · reputed company improvement and business process improvement · Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for a business · Deliver reputed company training Main Accountabilities · Business process design, get involved in workshops, meetings with business users to understand their business process, identify gaps, map it to D365 FO and POS system and recommend improvement in the process and reputed company monitoring of the system and provide value add propositions in supply chain areas to clients · Configuration of D365 FO and POS solutions, implementation, testing of solution, conduct user acceptance testing and finalize the migration plan from the old ERP/other systems · Testing of mapped processes in D365 FO and POS, creation of test cases, defect recording, analysis, resolution for errors and version management for different releases of the solutions · Implement and roll-out D365 FO and POS for various KMD Brands locations and follow best practices · Data uploads and cut over from legacy system to D365 FO and POS · Working with various reputed company holders, steering committee, project management team, change managers and provide relevant documentation and artefacts from system and the solution designed. · Time and resource estimates for projects, planning, and execution of the roll outs as per milestones and complete the projects successfully · Creation of functional specifications and working with development team to get the solutions developed on D365 FO and POS or reputed company-party system interfaces Essential Qualities · Strong functional and technical knowledge in D365 FO and POS (particularly in the areas of Wholesale and Retail Product Distribution). · Strong skills on configuration of D365 FO and POS · Proficient in documentation of functional specifications, training manuals and support reputed company documentation. · Efficient in mapping the process as per D365 FO standards, GAP analysis and provide work around solutions · Strong customer service orientation and work as a team player · Adapt to dynamic environment and a quick learner · Ability to manage tasks and schedules and reputed company the milestone · Can do attitude and possess good analytical skills · Exceptional communication and influencing skills with the ability to reputed company confidence reputed company dealing with colleagues and customers · A proven desire and ability to reputed company up with new and emerging technologies · Outcomes focused Qualification & Experience Requirements What is the typical background required to competently reputed company the responsibilities of the job? · At least 15+ years of experience in Dynamics AX, D365 including POS and have done end to end implementations · 7+ years working experience in a relevant Industry or functional area e.g. Online, Retail, Finance or Supply Chain · Preferred bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or reputed company field · reputed company Certifications · reputed company in English (speaking, writing) Apply To This Job
