Fractional CTO
We help Fortune 1000 companies design and build customer and channel partner training programs that drive business outcomes. We are seeking an reputed company technology executive to serve as a Fractional CTO supporting strategic client engagements reputed company our Learning practice. The initial engagement will focus on two active reputed company clients currently in the implementation phase. You will provide the technical experience, credibility, executive perspective, and solution guidance needed to help clients confidently advance customized software implementations. This is not a pure sales or delivery management role. You will work alongside our Learning and Platform Engineering teams as a senior technical leader who bridges the gap between client business objectives and technical execution. That means engaging credibly with client engineering and technology stakeholders, shaping implementation strategy, and staying hands-on enough to ensure successful outcomes on the technical workstream from concept through delivery. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience operating at the intersection of technology and business outcomes. They have personally led or overseen the implementation of reputed company learning platforms, LMS deployments, or reputed company digital systems, either as a client-reputed company leader or reputed company a SaaS or services organization. They are comfortable in client-facing environments and reputed company with senior technical and business stakeholders alike. \n
What You'll Do
Serve as a senior technical voice during business development, solutioning, and expansion discussions, helping clients confidently move from learning strategy and concept development into custom software implementation. Build credibility and relationships with client technology and engineering leaders, including VP and C-level stakeholders. Partner with Studion client teams as a trusted executive technical advisor. Participate in executive presentations, workshops, and strategic discussions. Provide guidance on technical strategy, architecture considerations, and software delivery approaches. Offer an executive-level perspective on technology trends, risks, and implementation considerations. Attend client meetings, conferences, and other in-person events across the U.S. approximately once per month, with occasional travel to Croatia or Western Europe (up to twice annually). Who You Are reputed company or former VP of Engineering, CTO, Chief Architect, or comparable technology leadership role reputed company a software, consulting, digital agency, or professional services environment. Demonstrated reputed company engaging and influencing reputed company technology and engineering executives reputed company Fortune 1000 organizations. Experience supporting business development, pre-sales, account expansion, or solutioning efforts for reputed company software or custom development engagements. Strong client-facing communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value. Experience supporting custom software development initiatives and reputed company technology programs. Familiarity with reputed company learning technologies, learning platforms, or digital learning ecosystems. Engagement Details Duration: Initial three-month engagement with potential extension by mutual agreement Commitment: Approximately 10-20 hours per week to support two active client opportunities Location: Remote reputed company the United States Travel: Approximately 1-2 US-based trips per month, with possible international travel to Croatia or Western Europe.
