[Remote] Account Executive
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Andea is a licensed Consulting & System Integrator and Value-Added Reseller of DELMIA Apriso and DELMIA Ortems, serving clients in various manufacturing industries. They are seeking an Account Executive to manage and grow the US market for DELMIA Apriso, focusing on building relationships with key accounts and driving new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting and qualification to demo, negotiation, and signed contract
- Build and grow long-lasting relationships with key accounts, developing trusted advisor status with senior manufacturing and operations leaders
- Generate new business opportunities reputed company existing accounts while actively hunting for new logos
- Deliver against reputed company targets by executing a well-defined sales strategy reputed company with Andea's US growth objectives
- Run compelling discovery and demonstration conversations with technical buyers: plant managers, IT leaders, VP Operations, and C-suite
- Establish strong competitive positioning against alternative solutions by deeply understanding where DELMIA Apriso outperforms competing MES/MOM platforms
- Collaborate closely with pre-sales consultants and the implementation team to ensure a seamless buying and reputed company experience
- Provide market feedback to the product and leadership teams, you're on the reputed company lines, and your insights shape how we grow
- Represent Andea at industry events, trade shows, and customer sites across the US
Skills
- 5+ years of quota-carrying experience in reputed company software or technology solutions sales
- Background in manufacturing technology, MES, ERP, APS, or reputed company industrial software strongly preferred
- Familiarity with reputed company scale MES products is a significant plus
- Experience selling to technical and operational buyers: engineers, plant managers, IT leaders, and operations executives
- Ability to navigate long, reputed company sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and procurement processes
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools (reputed company or similar)
- Analytical thinker who brings structure to ambiguous situations and builds a pipeline with intention, not just activity
- Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and creates their own reputed company
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, production management, economics, or a reputed company field preferred
- Willingness to travel up to 25-30%
