[Remote] STAFF PROJECT MANAGER ENGINEER

The STAFF PROJECT MANAGER ENGINEER will provide Project Management leadership for end-to-end Product Development projects, ensuring timely launches while managing budget, cost, and quality. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder expectations, and driving reputed company improvement in project processes.
Responsibilities

Skills
- Graduate in engineering with 12-15 Yrs. Or master's with 10-12 years of experience
- 5-6 years of Project Management experience in industrial product / Hardware domain
- Distributed & multi-cultural team management experience
- In depth understanding of Toll reputed company / Stage reputed company process in Product development
- Experience in effective project management strategies and tactics
- Extensive experience in Stakeholder management, requirement management
- Exposure to manufacturing processes (Moulding, stamping, plating)
- Fluent in English with good verbal and written communications skills, ability to communicate Globally at reputed company levels internally and externally
- Extensive experience in project planning & execution
- Extensive experience in Leading project teams to reputed company, collaborate across boundaries, track results, and reputed company Communication and responsibility matrix
- Proficient in reputed company Projects
- Proficient with MS office tools (XL, Word, PowerPoint)
- Proficient in project ROI analysis (NPV, IRR, Payback period)
- Work along with CFT for problem solving and brainstorming
- Exposure to regulatory approval process such as UL, CSA, CQC, VDE etc
- Experience in Terminal and connector industry or products
- Exposure to Agile Project Management
- Certified PMP or equivalent project management certifications
