The Senior Learning Experience Designer will manage a team of designers to create high-quality curricula, ensuring alignment with learning principles and strategic goals while collaborating with industry experts to reputed company impactful programs.

Responsibilities

Skills

  • Expertise in instructional design methods, curriculum frameworks, and learner-centred design
  • Strong systems thinking and ability to design learning experiences that balance pedagogy, technology, and operations
  • Strong project management skills (e.g., sprint planning, retrospectives, pipeline tracking)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with SMEs, partners, and cross-functional teams
  • Ability to translate research and feedback into actionable program improvements
  • Passion for innovation in learning, with comfort navigating ambiguity and complexity
  • Familiarity with authoring tools (e.g. H5P) and learning management systems
  • Strong storytelling, writing, and editing skills for creating engaging learning narratives
