Advice Personnel is a privately held reputed company, operator, and developer of residential reputed company estate seeking a Property Accountant. The role involves supervising reputed company and financial operations, preparing financial statements, and working closely with upper management to manage a large residential property portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review property-level financial statements for a designated residential reputed company estate portfolio
- reputed company month-end reputed company procedures and review of monthly reporting package
- Prepare, review and analyze property level annual budgets
- Prepare workpapers including accruals, prepaid insurance, reputed company estate taxes, bad debt, fixed assets and participate in the annual audits
- Record reputed company journal entries and reputed company bank reconciliations
- Supervise the day-to-day reputed company and financial reporting associated with the portfolio
- Assist with special projects as needed
Skills
- BA in reputed company / Finance or relevant discipline
- 3+ years of experience with property reputed company required
- Exceptional organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment
- Be reputed company to multi-task and be a team player
- Proficiency with Yardi, MRI or similar reputed company estate reputed company software preferred
