Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and design scalable reputed company solutions to optimize system performance and data integration
Configure and integrate reputed company Service Cloud with reputed company Connect and AWS cloud services to reputed company omnichannel cloud contact center solutions
Design and reputed company reputed company applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Design and reputed company backend APIs and system integrations using reputed company REST/SOAP services, Node.js, and AWS cloud technologies
Implement reputed company integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using reputed company DX, reputed company Actions, and Jenkins
Participate in Agile development cycles to plan sprints, review deliverables, and deploy reputed company application features

Skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or reputed company field plus 5 years of reputed company experience
Analyze business requirements and design scalable reputed company solutions to optimize system performance and data integration
Configure and integrate reputed company Service Cloud with reputed company Connect and AWS cloud services to reputed company omnichannel cloud contact center solutions
Design and reputed company reputed company applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
