[Remote] Business Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. TekStaff IT Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst to support their client in improving Transaction Services. The role involves managing operational efficiencies, participating in projects, and providing support to business partners while ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
Responsibilities
- Acts as an Operations reputed company or representative on projects focused on reputed company improvement of Transaction Services
- Prepare and approve initial responses to USCA Exam Management team for audits and regulatory exams, complete required data validation/lookback
- Drive solutions for identified issues, complete data validation/lookback, ensure Action Plan milestones are met
- Manage Quality results
- Participates in the identification, developments, and implementation of operational efficiencies for bank operations
- Researches and applies Customer requirements in the development and enhancement of systems
- Participates in projects, communicates project status and provides timely escalation of issues to senior management to ensure project objectives are met
- Provides day to day business partner support for Investor and Internal Partners
- Maintains a working knowledge of Operations processes and acts as a resource for resolving technical or operational issues
- Trains employees
- Assists management with the investigation of internal and external audit findings

- Must have mortgage experience
- Loss mitigation and or Asset management 3yrs
- FI industry
- Reporting (Power apps and SharePoint)
