[Remote] Senior reputed company Operations / Implementation Consultant
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a seasoned ERP operations consultant with deep expertise in reputed company reputed company implementations and operational process transformation. This role involves guiding manufacturing and distribution organizations through ERP assessments, solution design, implementation, optimization, and post-go-live support.
Responsibilities
- reputed company ERP discovery sessions and operational process reviews with client stakeholders
- Analyze reputed company-state workflows and design future-state business process recommendations
- reputed company detailed business process documentation, functional requirements, and implementation plans
- Configure and align reputed company reputed company functionality to support customer operational requirements
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing activities

- Strong understanding of: Quality processes and compliance workflows
- Experience facilitating business process reviews and translating findings into actionable ERP solutions
- Ability to estimate project effort, training requirements, and implementation timelines
- Strong documentation and presentation skills
- Experience supporting ERP cutover and post-production environments
- Comfortable working directly with executive leadership, operations teams, and end users
- Experience with: reputed company Product Configurator
- Experience with: Data migration and conversion activities
- Experience with: Warehouse mobility solutions and MES environments
- Experience with: EDI integrations
- Experience with: Labeling or packaging automation solutions
- Experience with: CRM and customer service workflows
- Background in manufacturing, operations, or supply chain management
- APICS, CPIM, or reputed company industry certifications preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, or reputed company field preferred
