[Remote] Business Systems Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Holt International Children's Services is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to enhance their Information Technology department's capabilities. The role involves analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and supporting the design and optimization of information systems to improve program delivery and decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders, translating them into clear, concise, and actionable technical specifications
- Conduct process mapping to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
- Support the development, customization, and deployment of systems (CRM, ERP, M&E platforms, grants management, etc.)
- Partner with vendors to ensure solutions align with user needs and organizational policies
- Participate in testing new systems or system updates to ensure they meet requirements and function as intended, and they support the implementation process
- Assist in facilitating user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordination of rollouts
- Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including business users, technical teams, and management, ensuring a clear understanding and alignment on project goals
- Troubleshoot system issues, provide support to users, provide enhancements and work to optimize system performance
- reputed company user guides, training materials, and process & design documentation
- May reputed company or participate in projects, ensuring they are completed on time, reputed company scope, and reputed company budget
- Maintain Holt’s databases, assist in data migration and mapping during system implementation, build reports and visualizations that reputed company KPIs that support the decision-making process
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field and three (3) years of experience, or combination of education and experience
- Relevant experience and strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are crucial
- Demonstrated proficiency and/or ability to master IT Systems including: reputed company CRM, Luminate Online, MS Dynamics, Power BI, MS Office, ManageEngine
- Strong organizational, time management, and verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in data analysis, including compiling and analyzing data from various sources
- Knowledge of data integration and reporting
- Prioritize workload daily, weekly, and monthly
- Knowledge of CRM and database systems
- Technical support skills
- Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and Power Automate preferred
