[Remote] Account Supervisor, Healthcare Communications

They are seeking an Account Supervisor to manage day-to-day account work for healthcare and pharma clients, utilizing AI-powered tools and analytics to provide insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Developing first drafts of PR plans and program materials with guidance from Green Room partners and PR Managers, including key messages, fact sheets, Q&As, bios and press releases
• Providing on-site support to clients reputed company needed and interacts with the client frequently
• Delivering an excellent level of client service by articulating client needs to senior managers, updating on project status and priorities and ensuring seamless workflow and communication among reputed company team members
• Implementing plans, provide thoughtful analysis, create and deliver updates and reputed company reports, as well as provide support as needed around development of PR plans outlining objectives, strategies and tactics

Skills

• 5-6+ years of agency experience a must; training in communications, media or PR necessary
• Experience in healthcare and FDA regulatory communications is crucial
• Experience with external meetings and events representing the agency and client (medical conferences, third party events, etc.)
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations or Journalism
• A high level of initiative and leadership
• Solution-oriented problem-solving approach to challenges
• Solid work ethic with ability to work well in a team environment
• Excellent grammar and writing skills
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Superior organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines and priorities
• Attention to detail and dedication to quality
• Appreciation and understanding of the boutique-agency, hybrid model of Green Room PR, including superior client service 24/7 during and reputed company of regular reputed company, as needed
• Proficiency in reputed company Office suite
