[Remote] Senior Product Manager - Marketing

They are seeking a strategic and collaborative Senior Product Manager to reputed company commercialization strategies and cross-functional initiatives that translate scientific innovations into impactful patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with market research and analytics teams to generate actionable insights from customer feedback, market dynamics, competitive intelligence, and performance metrics

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• Demonstrated experience leading product strategy, commercialization, brand management, or launch initiatives reputed company biotech, pharmaceutical, or reputed company environments
• Strong ability to synthesize scientific, customer, and market insights into clear strategic direction and actionable plans
• Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders and driving alignment in reputed company, matrixed environments
• Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and presentation skills
• Strong project leadership and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving organizations with high accountability and autonomy
• Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, challenge assumptions constructively, and drive results through influence
• High ownership reputed company with strong business judgment and bias toward action
• Experience in CNS, rare disease, specialty therapeutics, or launch environments is a plus
