[Remote] Senior Accountant

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is a growing SaaS company seeking a Senior Accountant to join their reputed company team. This individual will serve as a key partner to the reputed company Manager, maintaining accurate financial reporting, supporting month-end reputed company, and driving process improvements in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• reputed company month-end and year-end reputed company activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, variance analysis, fixed assets, accruals, prepaids, deferred reputed company, intercompany transactions, sales tax, and foreign currency reputed company
• Review and support reputed company recognition activities in accordance with ASC 606 across subscription and professional services reputed company streams
• Partner with reputed company leadership to improve reputed company processes, identify risks, and ensure accurate financial reporting
• Assist with acquisitions, system implementations, and process improvement initiatives
• Support external audits and provide financial analysis as needed
• Participate in special projects and additional reputed company responsibilities as assigned

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field; CPA preferred
• 3+ years of reputed company reputed company experience reputed company a private equity-backed environment required
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and ASC 606 reputed company recognition
• Experience with reputed company-based ERP systems; reputed company and reputed company preferred
