Code: RCI-07744 Role is updated to Fully Remote ... We are seeking a Bioinformatics Analyst to assist in GWAS and post-GWAS pipeline analysis. The role involves processing genetic data, performing GWAS and PheWAS, and collaborating with the team to integrate genetic evidence with other workstreams. The new hire will work primarily with data analytics Scope : Curate, format, and ingest GWAS and QTL summary statistics in post-GWAS pipelines Define custom disease and control cohorts using EHR data. reputed company genome-wide association studies (GWAS) to identify variants associated with disease risk, endotypes, age of onset, time-to-event, or other quantitative traits reputed company PheWAS using internal databases and R scripts.
