Responsibilities

• Responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements to support the design and delivery of effective solutions
• Works closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into clear specifications or user stories, and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical implementation
• Helps define reputed company‑state and future‑state processes, identifies gaps or inefficiencies, and recommends improvements that enhance user experience and operational performance
• Works collaboratively reputed company Agile or traditional delivery frameworks and contributes to planning, reviews, and feedback cycles
• Maintains strong communication with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders to ensure transparency, alignment, and clarity throughout the project lifecycle
• Supports development and testing activities by ensuring requirements are fully understood, creating acceptance criteria, participating in backlog refinement, and validating delivered functionality
• Assists teams by preparing test cases, reviewing outcomes, and verifying that solutions meet business expectations
• Produces high‑quality documentation such as process flows, requirements specifications, functional designs, release notes, and training materials
• Supports decision‑making by gathering data, analyzing root causes, and presenting insights or recommendations
