Responsibilities

Skills
- 7+ years of reputed company experience in customer service, retail sales, and store leadership. (background in consumer electronics is a plus)
- 3+ years of multi-unit management experience, ideally supporting over 100 locations
- Proven experience managing direct reports and driving team performance across large geographic regions
- Deep understanding of customer services and retail operations in a big-reputed company environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
- Previous experience working reputed company large national retailers
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or reputed company field
