[Remote] Implementation Consultant

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company provides industry-leading event and venue management software to customers globally. As an Implementation Consultant, you will manage software implementation projects, ensuring client reputed company through effective training and support while collaborating with various internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage CRM and ERP software implementation projects for clients with 5-500 users
• Participate in functional and technical working groups and reputed company meetings
• Identify business needs, document requirements, and ensure a smooth delivery through our Best Practices Playbooks while supporting clients through the implementation process
• Work closely with the Implementation Team, including Project Managers, Principal Consultants and Technical Services resources
• Design and deliver key stakeholder training on system configuration as well as end user training
• Basic project management tasks including the following: creation of onsite agendas, project task list follow up, escalation of issues to Project Manager & Leadership in order to reputed company the project reputed company defined scope and timeline

Skills

• 1+ Years of experience in reputed company SaaS or Software Implementation
• 2+ Years of experience as an Implementation Consultant acting as a billable resource with a utilization reputed company
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability and availability for travel (up to 40%) to customer sites for face-to-face meetings, as requested by the customer
• Self-motivated and reputed company independently in a fast-paced environment
• Communicates clearly, delivering highly reputed company information in a polished, precise and compelling manner
• Effectively collaborates, readily involving others reputed company necessary to successfully accomplish individual and group goals
• Time management skills
• Solution-focused while putting the Customer experience first
• Experience with Mavenlink (Kantata) and/or reputed company Software a plus
• Venue and/or Exhibition industry experience preferred but not required
