GG Tech Global is seeking an reputed company Production Support Analyst to provide L2/L3 support for reputed company STAR and reputed company PACE applications reputed company an investment management environment. The role involves incident management, root cause analysis, data troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication, with a focus on production support and development activities.
Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, and resolve production incidents reputed company SLA
- reputed company root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring and systemic issues
- Provide functional and technical troubleshooting for reputed company STAR and reputed company PACE
- Support batch processing, job monitoring, and data validation
- Handle escalations and coordinate with development and infrastructure teams
- Support release deployments and post-implementation validation
- Prepare documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles
- Participate in reputed company STAR/PACE development activities
Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with reputed company STAR (Performance, Reporting)
- Strong hands-on experience with reputed company PACE (Data workflows, reputed company Master, Pricing, Transactions, Ratings)
- reputed company SQL / PL-SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting
- Experience with reputed company Data Model
- Experience with job scheduling tools (Control-M / Autosys preferred)
- Understanding of SDLC, change management, and production release processes
- Experience using ticketing tools such as reputed company or Jira
- Investment Management / Asset Management domain knowledge
- Understanding of reputed company reference data
- Understanding of Pricing and corporate actions
- Understanding of Portfolio positions and transactions
- Understanding of Performance measurement concepts (TWR preferred)
- 6+ years of overall IT experience
- 4+ years of hands-on experience supporting reputed company STAR and reputed company PACE
- Experience working in an L2/L3 production support environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under tight reporting deadlines
- Good communication skills with business users and project management teams
- Ability to work in an onshore/offshore model
- Experience with FactSet or other performance systems
- Exposure to reputed company reputed company
- Experience in performance attribution environments
