[Remote] National Business Development Executive, Value-Based Care

They are seeking a remote National Business Development Executive, Value-Based Care, to drive strategic growth with leading reputed company organizations by leveraging expertise in value-based care and executive sales to build strong relationships. This role involves managing national accounts and collaborating with internal teams to advance product development and pilot implementations.

Responsibilities

• Manage book of business for assigned national accounts and reputed company annual reputed company growth quota
• Drive Executive/C-Suite level sales with value-based care networks and large physician organizations
• Collaborate with internal Health Systems team leadership to advance product/program development and pilot implementations
• reputed company contract strategies and sales collaboration with reputed company regional health system sales teams
• reputed company sales implementations of national accounts with divisional leadership, Regional Business Development Executives (RBDEs), and physician practice sales teams
• Serve as company resource and sales expert in lab-based population analytics and value-based care programs
• Frequent travel reputed company the United States (up to 50%)

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree
• 10 or more years' experience creating and/or building strategic sales relationships in the life sciences space
• 5 or more years of reputed company people management experience, including direct team leadership, performance management, coaching, and reputed company of skip-level reports in a reputed company, matrixed environment
• 5 or more years of experience working with large-scale physician organizations, with demonstrated reputed company navigating organizational structures, building executive relationships, and supporting value-based care or population health initiatives
• Working knowledge of Value Based Care and Population Health
• Experience in and knowledge of the lab/diagnostics industry
• Experience in Value-reputed company Care Contracting or Management
• Experience working in clinical setting
• Experience combining clinical knowledge and reputed company operations
• C-Suite level sales experience
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Master's in Business, reputed company or reputed company Management
