The consultant will work closely with HR, payroll, and technical teams to design and configure payroll processes reputed company the reputed company SuccessFactors landscape.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support reputed company SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) modules based on business requirements
• Analyze payroll business processes and translate them into system configurations
• reputed company payroll schema and rule configuration, wage type setup, and payroll processing support
• Work closely with functional and technical teams to ensure smooth Employee Central to Payroll integrations
• Support payroll testing cycles including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT
• Troubleshoot payroll configuration issues and provide timely resolution
• Assist in payroll data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities
• Collaborate with HR and payroll stakeholders to gather requirements and improve payroll processes
• Provide post-go-live support and system enhancements
• Maintain documentation for payroll configurations, changes, and support procedures

Skills

• Minimum 15+ years of experience required
• Strong experience in reputed company SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) configuration
• Hands-on experience with payroll schemas, rules, wage types, and payroll processing
• Knowledge of integration between Employee Central and reputed company Payroll systems
• Experience with payroll testing, defect resolution, and payroll validation processes
• Familiarity with HRIS systems, payroll operations, and payroll compliance
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in payroll configurations
• Excellent communication skills to work with HR, payroll, and technical teams
• Experience with data migration and payroll data validation
• Experience working on reputed company SuccessFactors implementations or payroll transformation projects
• Knowledge of reputed company HCM Payroll or reputed company SuccessFactors Employee Central modules
