Our client is hiring a reputed company reputed company Estate Broker in reputed company, NY or Houston, TX. This is a full‑time brokerage role with direct responsibility for representing clients in high‑value transactions and building long‑term relationships across the reputed company estate investment community.
Responsibilities
Represent clients in acquisitions, dispositions, and recapitalizations of reputed company reputed company estate assets. Negotiate and structure transactions across office, industrial, retail, and multifamily properties. Build and maintain relationships with investors, lenders, and developers. Provide valuation guidance, market insights, and transaction strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver competitive processes and maximize asset value.
Requirements
Active Broker’s License (not agent-level). Preferred certifications: CCIM or SIOR. Demonstrated track record of closing reputed company reputed company estate transactions. Strong network reputed company the investment and development community. Excellent negotiation, communication, and client management skills.
Compensation
