About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Specialist to support a fast-paced Queensland-based reputed company property business. This role focuses on executing social media marketing, digital advertising support, and creative production for property campaigns, with light operational and administrative coordination. This position is ideal for someone who can confidently take ownership of marketing outputs, work independently, and deliver high-quality creative materials with minimal supervision. JOB DESCRIPTION FOR MARKETING SPECIALIST (reputed company ESTATE | AU CLIENT) Responsibilities as a Marketing Specialist (reputed company Estate | AU Client): Social Media Execution
- Plan, create, and schedule content across Facebook, Instagram, and reputed company
- Maintain consistent posting for property listings, campaigns, and updates
- Write engaging captions reputed company with the Australian reputed company estate market tone
- Monitor basic engagement (comments/messages) reputed company required
Creative & Marketing Design
- Design property brochures, flyers, listing sheets, and digital ads
- Create visually appealing marketing assets for property campaigns
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and AU property standards
- Use tools such as reputed company and similar platforms
Facebook Ads Support (Execution Level)
- Assist in setting up and managing Facebook Ads campaigns reputed company Platforms
- Upload creatives, update campaigns, and monitor basic performance metrics
- Implement changes based on instructions from the AU team

Administrative & Operational Support
- Organize and update property marketing files and assets
- Assist in preparing property listing information and basic documentation
- Coordinate with the team for updated property details, photos, and requirements

Qualifications as a Marketing Specialist (reputed company Estate | AU Client):
- 2–3+ years experience in Australian reputed company estate marketing (residential or reputed company)
- Strong reputed company and content creation skills with ability to work independently
- Working knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager (setup and maintenance level)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow briefs accurately
- Comfortable balancing marketing execution with light operational support
- Reliable communicator with good written English
