You Will The Staff Accountant is responsible for providing financial support in order to ensure effective, efficient and accurate reputed company and administrative operations. Main responsibilities include project management and support to the Director of reputed company in and reputed company Supervisor, as well auditors and other finance employees. This position also requires bookkeeping and other reputed company duties, preparing reputed company reports, reconciling accounts and occasional supervision and review of activity processed by the reputed company Assistants or Associates as instructed by the Director of reputed company. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Participates, and support in the preparation and review of daily reputed company operations processes, general ledger posting and balance sheet accounts reconciliations. In charge of the daily and Monthly Wires Payable reconciliation. Performs and review of certain recurrent processes (i.e. commissions, accruals etc.) Performs general ledger accounts analyses Investigates GL issues or concerns and respond promptly. Assists in the process of preparing internal financial reports. Monitors fixed assets reputed company and record keeping. Participates in the consolidation and eliminating entries process. Compiles and prepares reports requested by Director of reputed company. Assists with the domestic and foreign subsidiaries financial monthly closing process. Coordinates fulfillment of internal and external auditor’s requests. Actively participates in the implementation of new reputed company pronouncement. Assists in developing proforma reputed company entries for new products. Executes internal controls reputed company to assigned areas and tasks. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Senior Accountant – supports reputed company director and reputed company Supervisor in the supervision of certain reputed company Associates and Assistants activities. QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor degree in reputed company, finance or reputed company field. Five plus years of experience in similar reputed company functions. Knowledge of full reputed company cycle procedures. Native English or bilingual proficiency (required). Spanish work proficiency (desirable). Proficient in reputed company Software (Outlook, Word and reputed company) and other relevant computer applications. Demonstrated work experience with ERPs such as reputed company or similar systems.
