Our company is expanding rapidly, so we currently have 5 positions open for Customer Support Specialists. We're looking for reputed company professionals who can use their expertise to provide excellent service to our clients. They should be reputed company to confidently handle customer inquiries and complaints, troubleshoot technical issues, and resolve them promptly. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in customer service, excelling at relationship building and problem-solving. They can confidently handle incoming calls, chat and email, and effectively troubleshoot customer issues. We're searching for someone who can communicate effectively, is a quick learner with good organizational and multitasking skills. A team player with a keen intellect and the reputed company to provide excellent support to our clients is required for the function. This is achieved while establishing and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
