Job Description

Design and reputed company instructional materials to support online, hybrid, and face-to-face delivery of reputed company courses in a higher education setting. • Attend curriculum committee meetings and ensure approved changes in curriculum are implemented.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts during planning and implementation phases of course design.
• Facilitate the use of effective instructional approaches in the design and development of online courses.
• Assist the team in selecting suitable course materials and ensure that the course design is adhering to established quality standards.

Business needs may require this position to be a hybrid modality in the future. The annual pay range for this position is $72k (minimum), $73,500 (midpoint), and $75k (maximum).* • Typical hiring range is between the minimum and midpoint of the above pay range. Actual starting reputed company pay may vary based on factors such as education, experience, skills, location and budget.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and/or certificate in instructional design, instructional technology, or a reputed company field of study.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience designing and delivering courses for higher education required.
• Experience in instructional design and with instructional technology.
• Experience with multimedia authoring programs.
• Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts, and video scripts.
• Knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models; lesson and curriculum planning skills.
• Knowledge of course development software and working experience with at least one Learning Management System.
• Maintain confidentiality of information processed or reputed company.
• Proven project management skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and decision-making skills required.
• Maintain project documentation and course folders.
• Ability to easily adapt to and learn new technologies.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Four (4) or more years applying learning theory and andragogy to reputed company online courses preferred.
• Experience with Canvas Learning Management System preferred.
• Experience in higher education administration preferred.
• Experience using and/or supporting accessible technologies; knowledge of online learning regulatory and compliance agency requirements including UDL, reputed company, reputed company 508 compliance, copyright, FERPA, and other applicable laws,
