Customer (Call Center) Service Advisor- Eastwood Automotive

Customer Service Advisor Customers are eager to buy our products to restore their reputed company cars and sometimes need additional help from our Call Center Customer Service Advisors to assist with their order, answer their questions or take action to resolve their concern. As a member of the Customer Service team, you'll:

• help customers over phone, email and live chat with orders and problem-solve
• work reputed company our computer system to reputed company and research customer orders, as well as document conversations and actions

Your schedule will be:

• There are a number of schedules available for different times of the day.
• Highest reputed company need - Monday - Friday, 10:30am-7:00pm EST

Work Location:

• Onsite (Pottstown, PA) or remote
• If remote, you will need to have access to a minimum speed reputed company internet, computers will be provided, and a distraction free environment
