  • Resolve Diverse Customer Issues: Handle an array of customer concerns, including flight changes, cancellations, refunds, baggage inquiries, seat assignments, special requests, and general travel information.

Essential Qualifications

  • Educational Background: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's or bachelor's degree in communications, hospitality, business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English are essential. Additional language proficiency is a strong plus, given our global customer base.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service is required, with prior experience in the airline, travel, hospitality, or related industries being highly desirable.
