[Remote] Senior Consultant

They are seeking a Senior Consultant to manage user access governance, lifecycle management, and incident resolution while ensuring compliance with audit requirements and collaborating with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage periodic user access recertifications through SailPoint
- Ensure compliance with access governance policies and audit requirements
- Review and validate access rights across systems
- Handle end-to-end IAM lifecycle including: Access provisioning, Deprovisioning, Role modifications
- Maintain accuracy and integrity of access data
- Support resolution of access-related incidents
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and document findings
- Coordinate with stakeholders for timely closure of incidents
- Execute BAU activities for IAM operations
- Collaborate with internal teams for onboarding, offboarding, and access changes
- Provide regular reporting and updates to stakeholders
- Participate in audit reviews, quality assurance checks, and remediation activities
- Identify gaps and implement corrective actions
- Perform data cleanup and validation activities
- Support data analysis initiatives as part of a large banking transformation program
- Work on improving data quality and governance standards
Skills
- Experience: 4–9 Years
- Hands-on experience with SailPoint (IIQ or IdentityNow)
- Strong understanding of IAM concepts (RBAC, access governance, SoD, etc.)
- Experience in access certification and lifecycle management
- Experience in handling incidents, audits, and compliance requirements
- Good analytical and stakeholder communication skills
- Exposure to banking / financial services domain preferred
