Voor de regio Noord-Brabant zoeken wij een gedreven accountmanager die zich richt op het uitbouwen van ons marktaandeel. Bij Rentokil krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid over je eigen rayon, een auto van de zaak en een transparante bonusstructuur die jouw resultaten direct beloont. Jouw rol: focus op groei Als Accountmanager Buitendienst B2B ben jij de drijvende kracht achter onze groei in de regio. Je richt je proactief op sectoren waar hygiëne en veiligheid cruciaal zijn, zoals de logistiek, voedingsmiddelenindustrie, zorg en horeca. Een propositie met hoge urgentie: Professionele ongediertebestrijding is voor veel sectoren wettelijk verplicht. Je verkoopt dus geen 'nice-to-have', maar een essentiële dienst. Dat maakt het openen van deuren een stuk makkelijker. Eigenaarschap van het salestraject: Je beheert het proces van A tot Z. Je brengt de markt in kaart, zit aan tafel met beslissers, adviseert op niveau en sluit de deal met een passend voorstel. Focus op commercieel succes: Zodra het contract getekend is, pakt onze serviceafdeling de operationele uitvoering en planning op. Jij houdt de commerciële regie, maar verliest geen kostbare tijd aan operationeel beheer. Direct vanuit huis: Je start je werkdag direct vanuit je eigen oprit en rijdt rechtstreeks naar je afspraken in de regio. Geen verplichte kantoordagen; op de weg verdien jij je geld. Functie-eisen Wat verwachten wij van jou? Wij zoeken een collega met een resultaatgerichte, proactieve en overtuigende werkhouding. Je hebt de zelfstandigheid om een rayon succesvol in kaart te brengen en beschikt over de commerciële veerkracht die nodig is in de B2B-markt. Daarnaast breng je mee: Niveau: MBO- of HBO-werk- en denkniveau. Ervaring: (Enige) werkervaring in b2b sales, of een sterke commerciële drive Skills: Uitstekende onderhandelings- en communicatieve vaardigheden. Praktisch: In het bezit van rijbewijs B en woonachtig in of rondom de genoemde regio’s. Aanvullende informatie Arbeidsvoorwaarden & bonusstructuur Wij geloven in het transparant belonen van succes en investeren graag in jouw ontwikkeling: Vast basissalaris: € 2.800,- bruto per maand (o.b.v. 40 uur). Garantiebonus: Een gegarandeerde bonus van € 750,- bruto per maand tijdens je inwerkperiode (de eerste 2 maanden). Maandelijkse bonus: Na de inwerkperiode stap je over op onze reguliere bonusstructuur. De gemiddelde bonus binnen onze salesteams bedraagt € 1.600,- per maand (zonder plafond). Onkostenvergoeding: Een vaste netto onkostenvergoeding per maand. Mobiliteit & Tools: Een representatieve auto van de zaak vanaf dag één (inclusief laadpas, ook beschikbaar voor privégebruik), een telefoon en laptop. Uitgebreid inwerktraject (geen branche-ervaring nodig!): We leren je alles over ongediertebestrijding en wetgeving. Daarnaast zijn er reële doorgroeimogelijkheden naar Key Accountmanagement. Vrijheid & Extra's: Maximale flexibiliteit om je eigen agenda vanuit huis in te delen en toegang tot (internationale) incentives voor toppresteerders.
