Your Role As the Head of UX at reputed company, you'll reputed company our small but mighty design and research team of two product designers and one user researcher. This isn't an IC role where you'll be pushing pixels or running sessions yourself. Proven experience in a senior design leadership role is required — you've owned a function, led teams of designers and researchers, and have a track record of influencing product direction at the leadership level. A track record of advocating for both disciplines at the leadership level and influencing product strategy, not just delivering on it. Experience building or maturing a design function: establishing processes, systems, playbooks, or ways of working from the ground up. Curiosity about AI and how it's changing the way design and research teams work — you don't need to be an expert, but you should be excited about figuring this out with the team.
