The Online Sales Coach works alongside Online Sales Specialists through the fundamentals of the role including: Online sales process Lead Management Mastering the phone Setting appointments and overcoming objectives Prospecting Prioritizing your day for success Establishing areas of responsibility Appointment handoff process Managing your tech stack Responsibilities include: Assist with the onboarding of new Online Sales Specialists and facilitate the DYC Fast Start and Online Sales Academy 30 day training programs Work with builder partners to facilitate the recruiting and hiring process for Online Sales Specialist role Assist with CRM set up and training Assist with Call Tracking set up and training Assist with Video Email set up and training Conduct training presentations when needed - to include Lasso, Hubspot, Bomb Bomb, CallRail, and core Online Sales fundamentals Collaborate with the team to create new content and training presentations ***Candidates must have a proven track record of success working as an Online Sales Specialist in the home building industry.
