Position Overview

arenaflex is seeking a dynamic Health Systems Account Manager to join our Remote Customer Support team. This role is centered on the promotion, qualification, and sale of 340B solutions to small‑to‑mid‑size health systems, community health centers, and government‑qualified health clinics. Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Sales & Business Development
    • Identify, qualify, and close new 340B and health‑system accounts, focusing on community‑based clinics and FQHCs.

    • Achieve or surpass quarterly and annual revenue targets, consistently delivering pipeline growth.
  • Account Management & Expansion

    • Collaborate with internal product, implementation, and support teams to deliver seamless service experiences.
  • Social Media & Customer Engagement
    • Leverage social‑media platforms to generate leads, nurture prospects, and amplify arenaflex’s brand voice within the health‑care community.
    • Create and curate content that educates target audiences about 340B benefits, compliance best practices, and arenaflex solutions.
    • Monitor online conversations, respond to inquiries, and turn digital interactions into qualified sales opportunities.
  • CRM & Data Management
    • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), tracking pipeline stages, forecasted revenue, and win/loss ratios.
    • Provide regular status reports to leadership, highlighting key metrics, risks, and strategic insights.
    • Recommend product enhancements based on client feedback and market trends.

Essential Qualifications
