Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Every Day

  • First‑Impression Champion: Greet and welcome arenaflex cardholders as they arrive at the arenaflex Lounge, ensuring a seamless and memorable entry experience.
  • End‑to‑End Service Ownership: Manage the entire customer journey—from initial contact through resolution—taking full responsibility for each interaction’s outcome.
  • Problem‑Solving Innovator: Identify creative, proactive solutions to complex member inquiries, turning challenges into opportunities for loyalty building.
  • Client‑First Advocate: Apply the “Client First” mindset to anticipate needs, exceed expectations, and reinforce arenaflex’s brand promise.
  • Travel & Lifestyle Advisory: Provide expert travel recommendations, reservation assistance, and lifestyle suggestions tailored to each member’s preferences.
  • Collaboration with Partners: Coordinate with food and beverage vendors, concierge services, and other lounge partners to fulfill member requests promptly.

Essential Qualifications – What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 1 year of experience delivering premium service to high‑value clients, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or financial sectors.
