Position Overview

We are currently hiring a dedicated and enthusiastic Remote Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic passenger support team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for travelers around the world, providing timely, accurate, and compassionate assistance across multiple communication channels including phone, email, live chat, and social media messaging.

Key Responsibilities

  • Flight Information & Reservations: Provide accurate, up-to-date information regarding flight schedules, booking procedures, seat availability, fare classes, and reservation modifications or cancellations.
  • Problem Resolution: Handle customer complaints, concerns, and escalations with empathy, efficiency, and a solution-oriented mindset, ensuring a positive and satisfactory resolution whenever possible.
  • Policy & Procedure Compliance: Stay informed and up to date on all arenaflex policies, procedures, promotional offers, and service updates to provide accurate information and maintain compliance with industry regulations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments including operations, baggage handling, ticketing, and loyalty program teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall service delivery.
  • CRM Documentation: Accurately document all customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions within the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to ensure data integrity and continuity of service.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for the Remote Customer Service Representative position at arenaflex, candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Educational Background: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. An associate degree or higher in communications, business, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English are essential. Proficiency in additional languages is a strong plus, given our global customer base.
  • Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 1–2 years of prior experience in customer service, preferably within the aviation, travel, hospitality, or e-commerce industry.
