Base pay range $45.00/hr - $55.00/hr Direct message the job poster from Optomi AirWatch MDM Administrator Optomi, in partnership with a client, is seeking a skilled AirWatch MDM (Mobile Device Management) Administrator to manage and maintain their enterprise fleet of devices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the deployment, configuration, and support of mobile device solutions using VMware Workspace ONE (formerly AirWatch). You will work closely with IT teams and business units to ensure secure, efficient, and seamless mobile device usage across the organization. Responsibilities:
- Administer and support VMware Workspace ONE/AirWatch MDM platform. (roughly 6500 devices)
- Enroll, configure, and manage mobile devices (iOS, Android, Windows) and endpoint policies.
- Develop and enforce security policies (encryption, password, app control, remote wipe, etc.).
- Troubleshoot MDM issues including device connectivity, application deployment, and user access.
- Provide tier 2/3 support for mobile devices and escalate issues as needed.
- Maintain documentation related to system configuration, processes, and troubleshooting.
