Job Description & Requirements Remote Diagnostic Radiologist - TX StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $600000.00 - $621000.00 Work From Home. High Compensation. Immediate Need. A leading physician-led healthcare organization is actively seeking an experienced Diagnostic Radiologist for a remote swing shift position covering 3PM–11PM CST. This opportunity is ideal for a Texas-licensed radiologist seeking a flexible remote schedule, high earning potential, and the stability of a large, well-established health system. On-site opportunities are also available for physicians who prefer a hybrid or in-person practice model. Position Highlights
- Fully remote Diagnostic Radiology opportunity
- Evening schedule: 3PM–11PM CST
- Focus on ER reads, STAT inpatient studies, and oversight of pending cases
- Minimal disruption to daytime schedules
- Immediate need with Summer 2026 start preferred
- On-site and hybrid options available for Diagnostic or Breast Imaging
Compensation
- Base salary: $600,000–$621,000
- wRVU Rate: $54 per wRVU | Target: 11,000 – 12,000 wRVUs
- Earning potential up to $1.2M annually, + additional call opportunities
- Comprehensive benefits package valued at approximately $32,000 annually
- 50 days of professional time off

Candidate Requirements
- Board Certified in Diagnostic Radiology
- Active Texas medical license required
- Experienced radiologists only
