Real Estate Transactional Attorney- Remote
Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Transactional Attorney to join our growing boutique practice. This role is ideal for an attorney who enjoys hands-on work, direct client interaction, and managing transactions from start to finish in a fast-moving but supportive environment. This position can be fully remote- flexible schedule!
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate residential and commercial real estate purchase agreements, addenda, and related transactional documents
- Manage real estate transactions from contract execution through closing
- Conduct title and survey review and resolve title and curative issues
- Review closing statements, escrow instructions, and related documents
- Communicate directly with clients, real estate agents, lenders, escrow and title companies, and opposing counsel
- Advise clients on transactional risks, timelines, and strategic considerations
- Ensure compliance with California real estate laws and local customs
- Assist with post-closing matters as needed
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active license and good standing with the California State Bar
- 3+ years of experience in real estate transactional law
- Strong understanding of California real estate contracts and closing procedures
- Ability to independently manage multiple transactions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
- Client-focused mindset with a polished, professional demeanor
