Key Responsibilities

  • Program Management: Define, document, and maintain the scope of all regional L&D initiatives. Create, track, and update detailed project plans to ensure timely delivery of training rollouts.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong partnerships with outsourced call‑center partners, internal L&D teams, and regional business leaders to align training priorities with business objectives.
  • Learning Content Development: Conduct comprehensive gap analyses, gather input from subject‑matter experts, and design curriculum that addresses both technical and behavioral skill needs.
  • Instructional Design: Produce a variety of learning assets—including facilitator guides, learner handouts, slide decks, job aids, and assessments—for instructor‑led, virtual, e‑learning, and blended formats.
  • Facilitation & Train‑the‑Trainer: Deliver engaging training sessions in both face‑to‑face and virtual environments, coach regional trainers, and support pilot programs for new curricula.
  • Data & Reporting: Manage data collection, analysis, and reporting mechanisms to measure training effectiveness, track performance metrics, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Governance & Process Improvement: Establish L&D governance frameworks, including intake, evaluation, and continuous improvement processes, to ensure consistent quality across all learning initiatives.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay current with industry best practices, emerging learning technologies, and evolving customer service trends to keep arenaflex’s training programs ahead of the curve.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience designing and delivering soft‑skill and technical training solutions for call‑center agents, senior sales representatives, emerging leaders, and senior executives.
  • Proven track record of creating curriculum ranging from short, 15‑minute micro‑learning modules to multi‑week classroom programs.
  • Hands‑on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and virtual training platforms; familiarity with e‑learning authoring tools is highly desirable.
  • Strong facilitation skills with the ability to adapt delivery style for diverse audiences and learning objectives.
  • Demonstrated project management capabilities, including the ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage timelines, and communicate progress effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English; proficiency in Spanish is an advantage.
  • Experience working in a multicultural, global environment, preferably within the entertainment or technology sector.
