Key Responsibilities

  • Candidate Identification & Outreach: Assist recruiters in locating and initiating contact with prospective candidates through job boards, professional networks, and niche platforms.
  • Data Management: Enter, verify, and maintain candidate information in our applicant tracking system (ATS) with a focus on accuracy and completeness.
  • Process Innovation: Continuously evaluate existing sourcing workflows and recommend enhancements that increase efficiency and candidate quality.
  • Job Portal Administration: Publish, monitor, and update job postings across multiple portals; track performance metrics such as click‑through rates and application volumes.
  • Profile Analysis: Review resumes and online profiles, flagging top talent and providing concise summaries for recruiter review.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Generate regular reports on sourcing activity, candidate pipelines, and conversion rates to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR business partners to align sourcing efforts with hiring goals.

Essential Qualifications
