Role Overview – What It Means to Be an Online Casino Dealer at arenaflex

As an Online Casino Dealer (also known as a Game Presenter), you will be the face and voice of our live casino tables. You will host games such as Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat, interact with players in real time, and ensure each session runs smoothly, professionally, and entertainingly. This is a full‑time, on‑site position that requires flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

All new dealers begin their journey with a comprehensive two‑week training program at the arenaflex Academy. During this period, you will master game rules, dealer etiquette, camera presence, and the technical tools needed to manage live streams. No prior dealing experience is required—just a passion for hospitality, a strong work ethic, and a desire to grow within a dynamic industry.

Key Responsibilities – Your Daily Impact

  • Live Game Hosting: Conduct live streams of Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat, maintaining a professional demeanor and clear communication throughout each round.
  • Player Interaction: Engage with players via chat, answer questions, and create an enjoyable, inclusive atmosphere that encourages repeat play.
  • Game Management: Follow strict procedural guidelines to ensure game integrity, compliance with MI gaming regulations, and adherence to arenaflex’s quality standards.
