Position Overview
We are seeking a meticulous, self‑motivated Remote Energy Services Data Entry Clerk (Typist) to become a cornerstone of our Energy Services Programs. In this full‑time virtual role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate, up‑to‑date digital records, ensuring that client information flows seamlessly across multiple databases, and supporting program staff with essential clerical functions. Key Responsibilities
Data Management & Record Keeping
- Enter, verify, and update client status records in the Statewide Client Service Center, reflecting real‑time changes in the production pipeline.
- Maintain organized digital and paper participant files in accordance with program guidelines, ensuring strict compliance with agency policies and funder mandates.
- Monitor incoming emails, documents, and communications, logging each item accurately in the Monday.com platform.
- Utilize and adhere to all required database systems—including Monday.com, CMS, CSG eConservation, HEARTWAP, LIHEAP, and In Demand—to capture and retrieve information efficiently.
Collaboration & Communication
- Partner with program staff to streamline communication, promote consistency in service delivery, and troubleshoot data‑related issues.
- Provide timely clerical support such as filing, mailings, phone coverage, and document preparation to keep the program office running smoothly.
- Participate actively in virtual staff meetings, supervision sessions, training workshops, and contractual briefings, contributing insights and updates as needed.
Compliance & Confidentiality
- Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, safeguarding client information in accordance with HIPAA, state regulations, and arenaflex’s internal policies.

Essential Qualifications
