They are seeking a Remote Benefits Specialist to educate families on life and supplemental benefits, guide clients through the enrollment process, and provide ongoing client support.
Responsibilities
- Meet with members who request information
- Educate families on life and supplemental benefits
- Guide clients through the enrollment process
- Maintain compliance and ongoing client support
Skills
- Hold an active life insurance license
- Are licensed in another state and willing to add or transfer Georgia
- Qualify for a Georgia temporary license
- Have Georgia ties that support licensing eligibility
- Are new to the industry and willing to become licensed
- Strong communication skills
- Coachable and team-oriented
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Comfortable working remotely
- Willing to obtain or transfer a life insurance license
