The Remote Entry‑Level Data Entry & Marketplace Account Manager position is a cornerstone of arenaflex’s strategy to grow the third‑party (3P) seller ecosystem in the United States while supporting operations from Brazil. Key Responsibilities

  • Marketplace Insight & Analysis: Conduct deep‑dive research on marketplace trends, seasonal demand patterns, and competitor activity to identify gaps and opportunities for new product categories.
  • Seller Acquisition & Onboarding: Prospect, engage, and recruit high‑potential sellers through virtual outreach, webinars, and one‑on‑one presentations, guiding them through the onboarding workflow.
  • Data Management & Quality Assurance: Enter, validate, and maintain product data—including titles, descriptions, images, and pricing—ensuring compliance with arenaflex’s standards and local regulations.
  • Strategic GTM Execution: Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies that attract key marketplace players, leveraging data‑driven insights to drive rapid adoption of new product lines.
  • Seller Enablement & Coaching: Provide best‑practice guidance, performance analytics, and actionable recommendations to help sellers improve fulfillment speed, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams—including Product, Operations, Legal, and Marketing—to resolve seller issues, streamline processes, and launch joint initiatives.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as seller activation rate, inventory health, and revenue contribution, delivering regular reports to leadership.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the seller journey, propose automation or workflow enhancements, and champion a culture of data‑driven decision making.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of proven sales or account management experience, preferably within e‑commerce, retail, or fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) environments.
  • Results‑Oriented Track Record: Demonstrated ability to exceed revenue or acquisition targets using consultative, solution‑focused selling techniques.
  • Analytical Acumen: Strong quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets, develop insights, and translate them into actionable seller strategies.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office suite tools; comfortable navigating web‑based platforms and data entry systems.
