We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to support and execute marketing initiatives across multiple brands within the San Diego region. This role is responsible for developing and implementing both traditional and digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, data-driven marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage competing priorities, and collaborates effectively with operational leaders. This position reports to senior marketing leadership and works closely with regional and local management teams. Key Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy & Planning Develop and execute comprehensive regional marketing strategies across traditional and digital channels. Align marketing initiatives with operational capacity, demand generation, and business objectives. Identify short- and long-term opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness and performance. Plan, execute, and manage integrated marketing campaigns to support lead generation and sales growth. Oversee advertising initiatives, campaign tracking, and accuracy of reporting. Coordinate development and use of marketing assets, including print, broadcast, and digital collateral. Support local sponsorships, community involvement initiatives, and employer branding efforts. Monitor and manage online reputation across major review platforms. Support and optimize digital marketing channels including paid search, SEO, local service advertising, and other online platforms. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on execution and performance optimization. Manage regional marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and strong ROI. Track spend weekly and monthly; reconcile invoices and ensure budget accuracy. Maintain alignment with monthly and annual financial plans. Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer insights to inform strategy. Ensure consistent brand standards across all marketing channels. Support rebranding efforts, including updates to print, digital, and promotional materials. Partner closely with regional and local operational leaders to tailor marketing initiatives to market needs. Lead recurring regional marketing meetings to align priorities and review performance. Analyze marketing performance metrics and campaign results on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis. Develop clear, actionable reports and insights for leadership. Utilize advanced Excel and reporting tools to support data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred). Proven experience in a marketing management role overseeing both traditional and digital channels. Strong understanding of paid search, SEO, local advertising platforms, and marketing analytics. Advanced analytical and reporting skills (Excel required; BI tools a plus). Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Experience supporting multi-location or service-based businesses preferred. Skilled trades, home services, or franchise experience is a plus. Working knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva preferred. Work Environment & Physical Requirements Hybrid work or Remote work - Open to discuss Travel within the region may be required. Compensation & Benefits Competitive annual salary, $100,000 - $140,000 DOE. Performance Bonus opportunity available Performance-based incentive and bonus opportunities may apply.
