Responsibilities

The Distinguished Architect (DA) is a visionary and technical expert responsible for shaping the strategic direction of technology within our organization. The DA role is recognized as a true technologist, possessing deep expertise across multiple domains and a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions to complex challenges. The DA effectively penetrates and drives solutions within targeted accounts and expands penetration in existing accounts. The DA develops and works on problems/projects of deep, diverse complexity and scope, exercising independent judgment within generally defined policies and practices to identify and select a technology solution. The DA acts as a project team leader on the most highly strategic, complex and challenging customer engagements and serves as a mentor and coach throughout the organization. Leads along with Platform Owner and IT the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance systems across multiple platforms. Works with Platform Owner and collaborates with senior leadership to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. Works closely with Platform Owner to help drive automation and workflow transformation initiatives Works to assist Platform Owner in alignment of platform capabilities to business strategy and operational goals Assists in creating and modifying multi-year roadmap for platform scalability and modernization Helps drives platform consistency across business units and geographies Sets architectural standards and guidelines, ensuring consistency and quality across all projects. Defines and drives enterprise-level architecture strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices. Leads team in identifying opportunities for operational efficiency and cost reduction Communicates highly technical concepts in business language Assists in leading adoption of new ServiceNow features and AI capabilities Mentors and inspires LOB teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning. Evaluates emerging technologies and recommend adoption to maintain the organization’s competitive edge. Min USD $157,000.00/Yr. Max USD $203,960.00/Yr.

Qualifications

An understanding of leading manufacturers routing and switching architecture. Extensive experience designing and deploying large-scale enterprise systems. Expert-level knowledge of Channel Industry and Solutions including cloud platforms, distributed systems, security, data management, Managed Services, Professional Services and Field Services. Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical initiatives and deliver impactful results. Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Verifiably successful professional Business-to-Business solutions selling experience with account planning skills and experience with up-sell and cross-sell strategies. Advance negotiation skills. Twenty plus years of experience working with Partners and Customers Assessing, Designing and or Deploying Technology Solutions Apply To This Job
