This position is fundamentally responsible for acquiring, developing, and managing valuable seller relationships that will enhance product selection, optimize competitive pricing, and deliver unmatched convenience to our customers worldwide. In this role, you will be tasked with analyzing product assortment gaps, executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and attracting high-potential marketplace sellers to join the arenaflex e-commerce platform. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Market Intelligence and Analysis: Develop a thorough and nuanced understanding of the marketplace segment, including seasonal trends, global e-commerce developments, and competitive activities. Continuously monitor competitor initiatives and industry shifts to inform strategic decisions at arenaflex.
  • Seller Acquisition and Prospecting: Identify, prospect, and onboard high-potential sellers to the arenaflex platform through direct outreach, virtual sales meetings, industry events, and compelling product presentations. Your ability to build meaningful relationships will directly contribute to marketplace growth.
  • Seller Success Enablement: Guide new and existing sellers through best practices of online selling, leveraging data-driven insights that help merchants achieve excellence in fulfillment, customer experience, and overall business performance. You will serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to identify, analyze, and resolve seller challenges, escalations, and operational barriers. Your collaborative approach will ensure seamless experiences for our seller community.
  • Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of seller interactions, pipeline progression, and performance metrics using arenaflex's proprietary CRM and data management systems. Generate regular reports to track acquisition targets, seller health, and market expansion goals.
  • GTM Strategy Execution: Support the design and implementation of go-to-market strategies for new product categories, seasonal campaigns, and emerging market opportunities. Your analytical contributions will help shape how arenaflex enters and grows within new segments.

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Economics, or a related field. Recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Professional Experience: Ideal candidates should possess 1 to 3 years of successful business-facing sales experience, preferably within the e-commerce, technology, retail, or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industries. However, motivated individuals with strong transferable skills are welcome to apply.
  • Sales Acumen: Demonstrated achievement in meeting or exceeding revenue and acquisition targets using a consultative, solutions-focused selling approach. Experience with quota-carrying roles is highly valued at arenaflex.
  • Market Expansion Experience: Prior experience promoting nascent products or services into emerging markets is strongly favored and will be considered a significant advantage.
  • Communication Excellence: Advanced verbal and written communication skills, including strong presentation capabilities. You must be comfortable engaging with senior decision-makers, presenting complex information clearly, and negotiating win-win outcomes.
  • Technical Proficiency: A robust working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other MS Office applications. Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce is a plus.

  • Direct Sales Background: 3 or more years of direct outside sales experience, demonstrating a proven track record of building pipelines, closing deals, and exceeding targets in competitive markets.
  • Multilingual Capabilities: Proficiency in additional languages, particularly Spanish, Portuguese, or other languages relevant to our Latin American markets, is highly valued for this Bolivia-based remote role.
